Undergraduate Research Assistant
About Me

I am a 2nd-year undergraduate student at McGill University, major in Computer Science with a minor in Geographical Information Science, I will be graduated in 2026! π§π
I am currently working on research at McGill as a research assistant, supervised by professor Luke McCaffrey (Rosalind and Morris Goodman Cancer Institute). The short-term goals of the current project are to create a simulation model that reproduces the tissue patterns to observe in early breast cancer. The longer-term goals are to vary the input parameters to alter disease progression in the simulation model, then researchers will test it experimentally in cells and tissues. π¦ π»
