About Me

yongan

I am a 2nd-year undergraduate student at McGill University, major in Computer Science with a minor in Geographical Information Science, I will be graduated in 2026! πŸ§‘πŸŽ“

I am currently working on research at McGill as a research assistant, supervised by professor Luke McCaffrey (Rosalind and Morris Goodman Cancer Institute). The short-term goals of the current project are to create a simulation model that reproduces the tissue patterns to observe in early breast cancer. The longer-term goals are to vary the input parameters to alter disease progression in the simulation model, then researchers will test it experimentally in cells and tissues. πŸ¦ πŸ’»

AI Hackathon

Earth Ai Hackathon

A Circular Economy business idea evaluator tool built using Gen-AI. Users can upload business idea dataset which the app will process, generate reports, and add to custom database, then to evaluate relevant business in the Circular Economy.

3D modeling

Applied a multiscale modelling framework that integrates three interrelated modules. Simulation of both cell-centre and vertex-based models of cell populations in two or three spatial dimensions.(Chaste)

Quad
Game

Quad-Tree-Quest

The objective of the game is to strategically place a color along the board's perimeter. Players manipulate different sections of the board in each move, continuously recalculating their scores based on how well they achieve their goals.
